  - Use a mask (ex: collagen of the biodance) at night, i.e., sleep with the mask and remove only in the morning for a longer glow. This only works with specific masks and not with sheet masks. I recommend using them twice a month;

  - Intercalate regular masks with peel-off masks like Pestlo's collagen mask;

  - Using toner pads after or during heat exposure, such as after a bath, while drying your hair, or when using any heat tools in your hair, serves to calm the skin and avoid any irritation resulting from excess heat near your face.
